In an effort to ensure that our online ordering system remains safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are instituting the following procedures:

 
~ To prevent live virus from entering our work areas, any product being received at our warehouse will remain packaged for a minimum of 48 hours prior to being opened, processed, or set out for sale. In addition, product will not be ordered/received from any area or country currently experiencing major outbreaks.
~ All staff who have travelled recently will be self-isolated for a minimum of 14 days and will be checked for symptoms of the virus prior to being permitted to return to work.
~ Any staff presenting symptoms of illness or at risk of having been exposed to the virus will be self-isolated for a minimum of 14 days and will be checked for symptoms of the virus prior to being permitted to return to work.
~ All surfaces, work areas, and tools will be routinely cleaned and disinfected and staff will be following increased hand-washing procedures. 
~ All in-person appointments and shopping in our work spaces will be cancelled until further notice; only staff will be allowed in our warehouse and work areas.
